Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://mobileautodetailingcherokee.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Interior Deep Cleaning, Auto Paint Correction, Mobile Car Wash, Car Polishing, Paint Correction provided by HaiHaisAutoSpa LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. HaiHaisAutoSpa LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. HaiHaisAutoSpa LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation. In no event will HaiHaisAutoSpa LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify HaiHaisAutoSpa LLC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NC.

Updates. HaiHaisAutoSpa LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
